"What stands out most about CJ is integrity–a seamless process, with clear, concise, honest feedback and communication. 

CJ is extremely knowledgeable with the entire recruiting process and was able to break it down for us in an organized manner.  Information is shared in stages and in various formats.  The recruitment process can be very overwhelming however CJ made the experience both manageable and productive.  Prior to working with CJ my son did not have any schools showing interest in him, however only few short months later, he has contact with approx.15 schools and has had numerous offers. He has dedication and can be counted on to honour his commitments.  He delivers on all timelines and accountabilities.  

CJ has a variety of resources, information  and best practices that are shared during the recruitment process which are extremely helpful in preparing both the student athletes as well as parents for the various interactions with college coaches and the overall recruitment process.

"This is a very surreal experience... We were not aware until we came to the Ontario Yankees how the whole recruitment system worked.  CJ May has given us the necessary steps we need to take in order for our son Justin Green to get through  the recruitment process smoothly.  Through practice sessions with CJ May, we feel that Justin is beginning to feel more confident and conduct himself in a more professional manner. Both Tyler and I were not very knowledgeable about the recruitment process and how to engage schools that Tyler might be interested in attending.  CJ helped us get the right contacts to a variety of schools that would best suit Tyler's  education along with the right fit to play for a team that will be an experience he will enjoy.   We really appreciated CJ professionalism thorughout our meetings and ensured we were told all the facts upfront on setting expectations that best suited Tyler.  

I would recommend any parent that doesn't have the understanding of getting your son to the next level of playing college/university baseball to contact CJ and have him guide and prepare your son.  CJ is very passionate about ensuring his clients success and provides his own experiences to give the best perspective on what to expect.
