Our mission is to promote and protect the potential of student-athletes. 

At Diamond Diligence we provide an avenue for dedicated athletes and their families to maximize college offers and scholarship opportunities. We have extensive experience with college baseball recruiting services and have expanded to include other sports.

We envision saving families thousands of dollars in college expenses. We envision having our diamonds not just ‘get in’ to college, but to thrive! We envision our diamonds finishing university with multiple degrees—professional and graduate. A regular student-athlete coming out of high school isn’t thinking about grad school or contributing to society in a productive manner. We believe Diamond Diligence has a distinct ability to contribute to society in a unique way. Some of our athletes, our diamonds, will move on to become professionals in their sport.  The platform we provide will lay the groundwork & open the doors for the few to compete professionally and for the majority to go pro in something other than sports—professionals nonetheless.
